Undergraduate scholarships at Kansas State University

Kansas State University is thrilled to announce the International merit awards for new undergraduate degree-seeking international students in the United States.  The program is open to both freshmen and transfers undergraduate international students who demonstrate high previous academic achievement and potential to excel at K-State.  Applicants intend to enroll in an undergraduate degree course at the university. The university will provide awards ranging in value from $4,000 to $7,500 per student. Thirty (30) incoming students will receive the award per academic year.

Asia Foundation Development Fellows Program 2020 ($5,000 grant award)

Applications are open for the Asia Foundation Development Fellows Program 2020.  The Asia Foundation Development Fellows program is a dynamic and multifaceted learning program designed for highly talented Asian individuals, under age 40, to enhance their leadership skills, Asian development knowledge, professional networks, and international exposure. The 2020 program will consist of two intensive modules, including two weeks in Asia (Laos, Singapore) (San Francisco, and Washington DC). Participants will also get a flexible small grant award of US $5,000.

2-week scholarship at Yale’s campus for high school students – Yale Young Global Scholars 2020

Yale Young Global Scholars (YYGS) is an unparalleled academic and leadership program at Yale University, founded on the tenets of liberal arts.  YYGS is an academic summer enrichment program for outstanding high school students from around the world. Each summer, students from over 100 countries participate in one of five interdisciplinary, 2-week sessions at Yale’s historic campus.  YYGS will be awarded to selected students from various countries in Asia, including Mainland China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Myanmar, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam. The scholarship covers full tuition costs and related travel expenses for students to attend any of the YYGS sessions offered in 2020.

Full scholarship at Columbia University, sponsored by Obama Foundation 2020

Applications are open for the Obama Foundation Scholars Program 2020-2021 at Columbia University.  The program brings together rising leaders from around the world who have demonstrated a commitment to finding solutions to challenges in their communities, countries and regions.  Over the course of an academic year, the Obama Foundation Scholars will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and skills and to build new capacities and networks that will accelerate their impact in their home countries.  Successful candidates will be covered all tuition and fees for up to four courses at Columbia University, a monthly stipend to assist with living expenses in New York City, air travel to and from home country and any program-related activities.
