Harper Adams University is offering scholarships for Developing Countries to study Masters courses for Agricultural Sciences, Entomology, Pest Management courses taught at Harper Adams University. The scholarship amount of £23,350 comprises of £13,350 tuition fees and £10,000 living expenses. This scholarship is available to students from developing countries who have applied to study the following programs: MSc Integrated Pest Management, MSc Entomology, MSc Agricultural Sciences and Production Systems.

The University of Winnipeg President’s Scholarship for World Leaders is awarded to international students entering any of the University’s divisions for the first time. The University of Winnipeg is a public university in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada that offers undergraduate faculties of Art, Business and Economics, Education, Science and Kinesiology and Applied Health as well as graduate programs. Scholarships are available to students entering the first year of any program: Undergraduate, Graduate, English Language Program (ELP), Professional, Applied and Continuing Education (PACE) and Collegiate (grades 9 to 12—a high school). Students must have a level of ability in English that allows them to participate in all aspects of university study, including lectures, reading, writing, and discussion.

MEXT scholarship 2019 from Japanese Government
The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) of Japan offers scholarships to international students who wish to study at Japanese universities as Undergraduate Students under the Japanese Government (MEXT) Scholarship Program. The scholarship offers 117,000 yen (~24.5 million VND) per month. A supplemental regional allowance of 2,000 or 3,000 yen per month will be added to the monthly scholarship amount for the grantees studying or conducting research in specially designated regions. The scholarship period will last for five years from April 2019 to March 2024, including one-year preparatory education in the Japanese language and other subjects due to be provided upon arrival in Japan.
